From the moment we called you on Saturday in a desperate state and in need of getting our boy back from Bristol you were there every step of the way.
You went out of your way to meet us in Bristol vet specialists yesterday and this evening he is already home with us, you are amazing!

Dear Laura, I know I have already thanked you personally, over the phone, but I had to put pen to paper to express our heartfelt thanks.
Sioned was more than "just a pet" she was a trusted friend and confidant. She gave her love, loyalty and devotion freely. It was an honour to be loved by her. We have 15 years of wonderful memories. The urn is beautiful, she has a special place now, it is near window that is where she always wanted to be.
You went above and beyond in handling Sioned's cremation, it was done professionally and with dignity. You made a difficult situation much easier with your compassion and understanding.
You treated Sioned as though she was as important to you as she had been and still is to us.
We were touched by your sensitivity during this painful ordeal, which was eased somewhat, Laura, because of you, and for that we thank you from the bottom of our hearts

All these were inherited by me from my neighbour who lived downstairs but had cerebral palsy which left her for 17 years bed bound and carers looked after her. The day I realised I was going to have to say goodbye to my best friend Arrow, I was in pieces. I text Laura as I couldn't talk through the tears, she got back to me straight away, was kind, compassionate and there was no pressure. Laura was really professional. When she came to collect Arrow, she was gentle and didn't rush me, despite it being in the evening and I felt she would really look after him. She reassured me he would not leave her care until he was returned to me the following day. I collected his ashes in a lovely oak casket the following day. Thank you Laura, you made everything a little easier.

I cannot thank Laura enough for her kindness and compassion. I had to have my beautiful dog Alfie put to sleep last week at the grand old age of 17 and a half. It was one of the hardest days of my life but was made easier knowing Laura was looking after Alfie and that he wouldn’t be left alone. Laura was so understanding and her love of animals was evident. What a great service to have. Laura was so normal and even though I was blubbering like a fool she just ignored it, which was what I needed right then. I knew Maddie would be looked after with care, and I wasn't wrong. She was so kind to her laying in the basket. I sadly had to have my beloved dog of 12 years pts the beginning of November. I contacted Laura to arrange the cremation service to take place as soon as I’d finished at the vets as I didn’t want to leave her there. Laura was away at the time so Ruth carried out the cremation, Ruth was so loving and caring towards me and my dog Gwenni. I felt at ease leaving my dog in Ruth’s capable hands as I knew she’d be treated with respect and dignity throughout. I collected Gwenni’s ashes the following morning and it was really comforting to have her back home so quick. I cannot thank Laura and Ruth enough for their services!

This isn't ever a place you'd be excited to go as it's awful to lose an animal, but Laura is honestly a lovely person and takes the pain out of the experience.
Contacted Laura early Sunday morning as my mother's cat passed away in the early hours, contacted before 8am and I had a reply back within 20 minutes on a Sunday morning. Appointment booked for 11am, when I arrived I wasn't rushed out.
Requirements were discussed and far exceeded, when I arrived Laura had texted me to ask if I could text her first as she had someone in with her, this is exactly what should be done so that anyone saying goodbye to their beloved pet isn't rushed out so the next person can come in. Many vets treat you like a conveyor belt. Which Laura did not.
The cat also had a small jumper on which Laura asked if we wanted to keep or have left on the cat.
Thank you for your quick responses, compassion and general niceness, it meant the world to mum being able to have sparkle home so quickly. The little urn and bag and nice certificate are nice touches.
When needed in future I wouldn't hesitate to use or recommend. Thank you for everything x

The way in which you lifted him so gently from his bed and held him for us all to say goodbye to him was so dignified, we knew he was a heavy boy. I had to make the heartbreaking decision to have my Wire Fox Terrier Harry put to sleep during early hours of a Saturday. It didn't feel right going through vets for his cremation. All done with no feeling and just a business transaction. I wouldn’t know when he was being collected and told he'd be returned by courier. I was aghast at the thought! Then after some searching I came across Laura. The service she offered sounded wonderful. Laura replied to my enquiry straightaway. All within a few hours she drove to the vets, collected Harry and carried out an individual cremation. Laura kept in touch with me all the time. She was caring, compassionate and it was all done with dignity. It was a huge relief knowing Harry was being treated with some respect and not carted off with people I didn't know. I can't thank Laura enough and would highly recommend her business and services xx

Very suddenly on the weekend we lost our beautiful Alfie and I knew I wanted him to be cremated. I came across Laura who owns Your Pet and Equine Heaven located in Bridgend. She was absolutely amazing and I know I could trust her implicitly with Alfie until I had him back. She was so understanding and compassionate at a time when you really need it. It is a completely 1:1 service so he was cremated on his own and I was able to pick him up the following day. He was in a beautiful casket (which I chose) and placed in a handmade bag with a certificate. I just wanted to share about her as you never know when that time will come and it is so important to us animal lovers that their final resting place is one where you know they will be looked after and treated with respect. I cannot recommend Laura’s service highly enough. We lost our beloved cat Dharma on Friday night, and contacted Laura on the Saturday to enquire about cremation. She was so kind and sympathetic, we were able to make an appointment for that afternoon, and came back on the Sunday to collect our girl and bring her home.
Having previously used the vet to arrange individual cremation I had been really unhappy with the delays and not knowing who was handling our pet during the process. Being able to bring our girl directly to Laura and place her in the care of the person who was going to complete her cremation, and having time and space in Laura’s tranquil Peace Room to say our goodbyes, was so much more reassuring.
I knew Dharma would be treated with the respect and dignity she deserved, and we got the chance to tell Laura a little about how special she was.
The little casket we chose for her remains is such good quality and came in a little fabric bag, handmade with love by Laura’s mum. It’s just such a beautifully personal and caring service which was exactly what we needed at a time when my children and I were so upset.
Also, whilst I’d have happily paid anything for a dignified cremation for my pal, Laura’s prices are incredibly reasonable for the quality of service provided, certainly less than I have paid to have cremation arranged via the vet surgery. Thank you Laura for taking such good care of Dharma and for your kindness towards our family.

On Friday 14th February we said goodbye to my best friend and loyal companion of 13.5 years after one last beach walk. Max was entrusted into Laura’s care after being put to sleep and I cannot find the words to express just how lucky we are to have found Laura. From the very tearful phone call a week prior to discuss bringing max to her, to the day of saying goodbye to him, laura was so professional and compassionate. She gently carried him from our car into her crematorium and allowed us as much time as we wanted to say our final goodbyes. She spent time with us showing the various urn / casket options and made sure every minor detail was adhered to. Less than 24hrs after leaving Max with laura, I was able to collect him and I was blown away by just how beautiful his final resting place was. He came home in a hand sewn cloth bag and was clearly handled with so much love and care whilst with Laura. This is a standard of service that I’ve never experienced and I’m eternally grateful to Laura for treating my best friend with such love and care. I’ve known people wait weeks for their pets to come home, but I only had to wait hours. Max was by my side for 13.5 years and thanks to laura, he can now sit pride of place where he belongs. I can't go into detail about my girl as it is still too raw, but I feel I owe it to Laura for what she did for us, to write her a review for the fantastic service she gave us. The service Laura provided to us was better than we ever imagined.
Admittedly, we were hesitant to use someone we hadn't heard of before; trusting someone with our most precious baby, when our closest crematorium was closed on the weekend (we felt this was a bit business like - not being there when they were needed the most).
I called Laura on Sunday morning, and made the arrangements. We picked our beautiful girl up a few hours later, which meant so much that we didnt have to leave her long, just like the 9 years she was with us. I popped back the next day to collect the urn which we had left to be engraved, which again was beautiful and fitting with our beautiful girl.
Thank you Laura for being there when we needed you, and for being so lovely and genuine, in what I can only describe as the hardest time of my life. Nothing can ease the pain of loosing my girl, but knowing that you genuinely cared and looked after her while she was with you, meant more than you will ever know. Also having her ashes back the same day was so comforting. I would not hesitate to recommend Laura and her company, and I would not use anyone else in the future.

"Unless you are an animal lover you will never appreciate how the loss of a pet will affect you. Our beloved cat Katie passed away last month after battling illness. She deteriorated very quickly and we had to make the awful decision to have her put to sleep. We wanted her cremated so we could keep her ashes with us always. We initially asked our vet what the procedure was and they told us that Katie would be picked up on a Monday and her ashes returned the next Monday. The thought of her being "stored" somewhere for days on end sickened us. So we then looked on the internet and found Laura at Pet & Equine Heaven who offered a same day or next day service. We contacted Laura and she said she could pick Katie up from the vets just after she was put to sleep. We cannot explain the relief that we felt that Katie would not be on her own for days on end. We never left her on her own throughout the 15 years of her life with us and we certainly were not going to have her left on her own when she had passed away. Laura contacted me shortly after Katie passed away and asked me if we wanted her to keep Katie wrapped in the blanket I had put over her in the vets. This really touched us as she obviously genuinely cares for animals. We went to Laura's premises the next day and spent a lovely hour or so chatting to Laura about Katie and the life she had with us. She was genuinely interested in what we had to say and it was lovely seeing all the Thank You cards there from other people who had gone through what we had gone through. We cannot thank Laura enough for making a terrible time a little bit easier and we now have Katie's ashes in a lovely little urn with paw prints on.
Laura is a genuine animal lover and we would recommend her to anyone considering cremation for their pet. "

Laura was very kind and professional when we contacted her for our Jess, we had booked her in to the vet when her health rapidly declined. Even with a days notice, Laura had availability, which took a lot of stress out of an already upsetting situation.
When we bought our girl to her, she listened to us tell her all about Jess and the life she had had with us, which was comforting and a lovely tribute during our final goodbyes. We didn’t feel rushed and were able to leave her when we were ready.
Jess’s ashes were available to collect the next day and as bad weather was causing traffic delays, Laura communicated with us every step of the way and even offered to bring Jess to us, but we wanted to be the ones to bring her back home.
Thank you for providing such an important service, and for treating our beloved girl with so much care and empathy. When the time comes for our other dog, we will definitely be in touch again.

I recently lost lulu and the care and compassion was outstanding and Laura made the process as pain free as possible, even being able to help me on a sunday afternoon. I am so glad I chose laura such a lovely person. anyone thinking of pet cremation then laura is the one to take care of your needs. lulu Is back home with me now but if I ever needed Laura in the future I know that things would be taken care of very professionally. I would highly recommend with No hesitation.

After losing our beloved dog, Cuthbert, & being unaware of such a service, we initially made plans for our vet to cremate & return him, however this would take around 2 weeks give or take. Utterly crestfallen already, the thought of leaving him to be treated in such a way tore us apart.
A quick search online & we found Laura here who was truly superb from start to finish. Nobody can ever really say or do anything in truth at such a time, even losing my dad wasn’t this hard, but Laura came as close as anyone could & it was & is of immense comfort that Cuthbert was treated with such love & care by Laura & all was taken care of on the same day. Unfortunately I had to take both my dogs down to have them cremated. The care, dignity and comfort towards me was really heart warming and sincere, one of my dogs passed on a Saturday night and I contacted them on the Sunday morning they opened for me to take my dog down. I would highly recommend these for any pet cremation they sort out everything. Thank you x

Dear Laura,
I am sorry it has taken a few days to compose this email but I know you will understand why.
On Saturday 16th February our world was just about to fall apart when we were told our darling miniature schnauzer “Merlin” was so poorly that he needed to be put to sleep. As he was fourteen and a half years old we had started to prepare for this day and as a family we had decided we wanted his last breath to be at home with the vet in attendance, but unfortunately this couldn’t happen as he was far too ill.
As you are aware if pets are left in the vets care after they have passed they are not cremated immediately and their ashes return can be several weeks. The thought of leaving him behind was more than we could bare so we had already searched out various pet crematoriums should the need arise. We thought we had it covered.
The very day we needed them telephoning around in a wild panic where were they “CLOSED”. Frantically we searched the internet and their we found you “our angel sent from heaven”.
I cannot express our gratitude to you for all that you did that day from an hysterical phone call from myself and my husband you deciphered our requirements and met us at the vets at the time we had agreed, gave us the hugs and compassion that were from the heart, genuine empathy for a grieving family.
Nothing was too much trouble for you and for that we will be eternally grateful. We were able to pick Merlin up the next day in a lovely paw print urn. We are happy for you to post this as a recommendation should you feel it is appropriate and we wish you every success. With our love and best wishes
